Summary
This study is comparing a new two-drug combination (MRG003 plus pucotenlimab) against standard chemotherapy for people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer that has returned or spread. It aims to see if the new combination helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse and is safe. The trial is for adults whose cancer has progressed after at least one prior treatment.
