Extra pill after chemoradiation could boost fight against nasopharyngeal cancer

Summary
This study is for people with a specific, high-risk type of nasopharyngeal cancer. All participants get the standard treatment of chemotherapy and radiation together. For those whose blood tests still show signs of the cancer virus during treatment, the study tests if adding a low-dose pill called capecitabine afterward helps keep the cancer from coming back better than just watching and waiting.
