Summary
This study is testing if a more extensive nasal treatment works better than the standard one for people with chronic stuffy and runny noses that haven't improved with medications. 60 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the standard treatment or the more extensive version. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms and quality of life to see which approach provides more relief.
