Summary

This study is testing whether a lidocaine nasal spray can effectively block pain nerves during nasal turbinate surgery. The goal is to reduce patients' need for strong opioid painkillers during and after the procedure. Researchers are comparing the spray approach to standard care in 50 adults undergoing this common surgery.
