Could a Plant-Based spray ease your stuffy nose?

NCT ID NCT07266688

Summary

This study is testing a nasal spray made from mastic tree oil to see if it helps adults with a chronic runny and stuffy nose called vasomotor rhinitis. One hundred participants will use either the test spray or a simple saltwater spray for 20 days. Researchers will measure changes in nasal airflow and ask about symptoms to see if the natural spray provides better relief.
