Summary

This study tests a nasal spray called OPN-375 in about 72 teenagers (ages 12-17) who have nasal polyps—growths inside the nose that cause stuffiness and breathing trouble. The spray is given twice a day for 16 weeks, and some participants receive a placebo (inactive spray) for comparison. The goal is to see if the spray reduces stuffiness and shrinks the polyps, with a 12-week follow-up to check long-term effects.
