Summary
This study is testing whether a nasal spray called fasedienol can quickly reduce anxiety symptoms when adults with social anxiety disorder face a public speaking challenge. About 238 participants will use the spray or a placebo before a simulated speech to see if it helps them feel less distressed. The goal is to provide fast, on-demand relief for acute anxiety in social situations.
