New nasal spray tested for Tough-to-Treat asthma
NCT ID NCT05985694
Summary
This study tested a new nasal spray called AD17002 for adults with moderate-to-severe eosinophilic asthma that is not well controlled by standard medications. The main goals were to see if the spray could improve lung function and asthma symptoms, and to check if it was safe for patients to use at home. Participants self-administered the spray twice a week for six weeks while tracking their symptoms and any side effects.
