New nasal spray could help teens breathe easier from nasal polyps

Summary
This study tests a nasal spray called OPN-375 in teenagers aged 12 to 17 who have nasal polyps (growths in the nose). The spray aims to reduce stuffiness and shrink the polyps. About 72 teens will receive either the spray or a placebo for 16 weeks, followed by 12 weeks where everyone gets the spray. The goal is to see if the spray is safe and effective.
