Summary

This study tested a new nasal spray called AD17002 to see if it is safe and can help control symptoms in adults allergic to house dust mites. Forty-eight participants with dust mite allergy received either the spray or a placebo (inactive substance) over three weeks. Researchers measured safety and changes in common allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and congestion.
