Summary
This study is testing whether a nasal spray containing tiny particles from umbilical cord stem cells can safely help children with autism. Forty children aged 3-7 will receive either the nasal spray or no treatment for 24 weeks. Researchers will monitor whether the spray improves autism symptoms and is safe for children to use.
