Summary
This study tested whether a nasal spray called PH94B could safely reduce anxiety in adults diagnosed with adjustment disorder, a condition triggered by stressful life events. 41 participants used either the spray or a placebo dummy spray four times a day for four weeks. Researchers measured changes in anxiety levels and overall well-being to see if the spray was effective.
