New nasal spray trial offers hope for teens struggling with nasal polyps

Summary

This study is testing whether an experimental nasal spray called OPN-375 can help teenagers with nasal polyps. About 72 teens (ages 12-17) will use the spray or a placebo dummy spray twice a day for 16 weeks. Researchers will check if it reduces stuffy nose symptoms and shrinks the polyps, followed by an optional 12-week period where all participants can try the active spray.
