First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests a new bioresorbable nasal dressing that slowly releases a steroid to help heal sinuses after surgery for chronic sinusitis. About 110 adults will receive the new dressing in one nostril and a standard steroid stent in the other. The goal is to see if the new dressing is as safe and effective at promoting wound healing.
