New dissolving nasal dressing tested against standard stent in sinus surgery recovery
NCT ID NCT07286201
Summary
This study aims to see if a new dissolving nasal dressing that releases medication is as safe and effective as a standard steroid-releasing stent for helping wounds heal after sinus surgery. It will involve 110 adults with chronic sinusitis who are having surgery on both sides of their nose. Researchers will compare how well each side heals and track any side effects.
