First seen Jan 02, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tested a drug called narsoplimab (OMS721) in adults and teenagers with atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS), a rare condition that causes blood clots and organ damage. The main goal was to see if the drug could improve platelet counts and was safe. The trial was stopped early after enrolling only 6 participants, so results are limited.
