Summary
This study tested a new medicine called naronapride in 328 adults with moderate to severe gastroparesis (stomach paralysis). The goal was to see if it could reduce symptoms like nausea, bloating, and feeling full too quickly. Participants took either a low, medium, or high dose of naronapride or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. The study is now complete, and researchers are analyzing the results.
