Summary
This early-stage study tested a new oral drug (narazaciclib) combined with a steroid (dexamethasone) in people with multiple myeloma that had come back or stopped responding to other treatments. The goal was to find a safe, effective dose and check for side effects. Only 2 people enrolled before the study was ended early, so no conclusions can be drawn.
