Summary
This study tests a combination of three chemotherapy drugs (fluorouracil, leucovorin, and nanoliposomal irinotecan) in people with advanced biliary tract cancer that has worsened after standard treatment. The goal is to see if this new mix can stop the cancer from growing for at least 4 months. The trial involves 48 adults whose cancer has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
