New toothpaste may fix Kids' chalky teeth without drilling

Summary
This study tests a new toothpaste made with nano-hydroxyapatite (a natural enamel-building mineral) in 60 children aged 6-12 who have Molar-Incisor Hypomineralization (MIH) — a condition causing white or brown spots and tooth sensitivity. Kids will brush daily for 12 months with either the new toothpaste or standard fluoride toothpaste. Researchers will check if the special toothpaste reduces pain, improves tooth color, and prevents cavities better than fluoride alone.
