New Four-Drug attack on rare gut cancer

Summary

This study is testing a combination of four chemotherapy drugs (NALIRIFOX) for adults with advanced small bowel cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors and control the disease. Participants receive the drugs through an IV every two weeks and may continue on a reduced treatment plan if they respond well.
