First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests a four-drug chemotherapy combination (NALIRIFOX) in people with advanced small bowel cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment is given through a vein in 28-day cycles. Up to 36 adults will take part. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear. Researchers will also track how long patients live and how long it takes for the cancer to grow back.
