First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at two different starting doses of a blood thinner called nafamostat in ICU patients who need continuous kidney dialysis. The goal is to see which dose keeps the dialysis filter working longer without causing dangerous bleeding. About 92 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either 20 mg/h or 50 mg/h of the drug, and doctors will adjust the dose as needed.
