Summary
This is a small, early-stage study to see if a specific nutritional supplement changes levels of a molecule called NAD+ in the blood of healthy adults. Researchers will compare the supplement to a placebo (a look-alike with no active ingredients) in 34 participants. The study will also look at various other health markers like fitness, skin, and quality of life to gather initial information.
