This study tests whether a special nutritional supplement can increase levels of NAD+, a molecule important for cell energy, in healthy adults aged 45 to 65. Participants will take the supplement or a placebo for a period, and researchers will measure NAD+ in their blood. The goal is simply to learn more about how the supplement affects NAD+, not to treat any disease.
