Summary
This study tested three different medicines placed inside the tooth after root canal cleaning: N-acetylcysteine (NAC), calcium hydroxide, and double antibiotic paste. The goal was to see which one best reduces pain, kills bacteria, and affects bone healing markers. 45 adults with infected but painless teeth participated. The results help dentists choose the most effective treatment for tooth infections.
