Summary
This study tests a personalized treatment approach for people newly diagnosed with marginal zone lymphoma, a slow-growing blood cancer. Researchers will assign treatments based on each patient's risk level, aiming to improve cancer control and reduce side effects. About 145 adults will participate, and the main goal is to see how long the cancer stays away after treatment.
