Summary

This study tests whether an abbreviated food tracking app called MySnackTracker works as well as traditional full-intake food tracking. Researchers will compare how satisfied and consistent 90 participants are with each method. The goal is to see if a simpler approach can make dietary monitoring easier and more acceptable.
