First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests two treatments to slow down nearsightedness (myopia) in children aged 7 to 9. One treatment uses atropine eye drops, and the other uses special glasses called DIMS lenses. Researchers will measure how well each method works over 24 months by checking changes in the eye's shape and focus. The goal is to find better ways to manage myopia progression in kids.
