NCT ID NCT07535658
First seen Apr 20, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether special glasses with tiny flat patterns can prevent nearsightedness (myopia) in children aged 6 to 8. About 255 kids will wear either the new lenses or another type of myopia-control lens for at least 8 hours daily over one year. Researchers will check changes in vision and eye growth every 3 months to see which lens works best and is safest.
