Summary

This study tests whether special glasses (Stellest lenses) or low-dose atropine eyedrops can prevent or slow nearsightedness (myopia) in children aged 3 to 6. About 508 children in Shanghai will be followed to see if these treatments are safe and effective. The goal is to reduce the risk of severe nearsightedness later in life.
