First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether a special type of contact lens (NaturalVue Multifocal) can slow the worsening of nearsightedness (myopia) in children aged 7 to 12. Over three years, researchers will measure changes in eye prescription and eye length. The lenses are already approved for sale, and this trial compares them to standard single-vision contact lenses.
