First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether combining low-dose atropine eye drops (0.01% or 0.025%) with ear acupoint stimulation can safely slow nearsightedness in children. 420 kids aged 6-12 will be split into six groups and followed for 12 weeks. The goal is to find a safer alternative to standard treatments that may harm the cornea.
