Summary
This study tests whether combining atropine eye drops with special glasses (DIMS lenses) slows nearsightedness better than atropine with regular glasses. It involves 111 children aged 4-16 who are already nearsighted and whose vision has worsened in the past year. The goal is to see which approach better controls myopia progression.
