Summary

This study tested whether bright light therapy, defocus glasses, atropine eye drops, or combinations of these can slow the worsening of nearsightedness (myopia) in schoolchildren. 577 kids aged 7-12 with myopia took part. The goal was to see which approach best controls eye growth and reduces the need for stronger glasses over time.
