Special glasses aim to halt Kids' worsening eyesight
NCT ID NCT07008001
Summary
This study continues testing special DOT spectacle lenses to see if they safely slow the progression of nearsightedness (myopia) in children. It involves 175 Chinese children who successfully completed a previous related trial. The goal is to see if wearing these glasses for at least 10 hours a day for 12 months continues to control eye growth and prevent vision from getting worse.
