Glasses vs. night lenses: which better slows Kids' nearsightedness?
NCT ID NCT05134935
Summary
This study compared two types of lenses to see which is better at slowing the worsening of nearsightedness in children aged 6-12. Researchers tested special daytime glasses (DIMS) against special overnight contact lenses (Ortho-K) over 18 months. The goal was to see if the glasses worked at least as well as the contact lenses at controlling eye growth.
