Summary

This study looks at how removing uterine fibroids (myomectomy) changes blood flow in the main uterine arteries. Researchers will use Doppler ultrasound to measure blood flow before and 40 days after surgery in 70 premenopausal women. The goal is to better understand how surgery affects uterine health and guide future treatment planning.
