Hands vs. cups: new study tests therapies for restless legs
NCT ID NCT06918847
Summary
This study is testing whether two different hands-on therapies—myofascial release and cupping therapy—can improve sleep and quality of life for people who have both restless leg syndrome and knee osteoarthritis. It will involve 54 participants who will receive one of the two therapies, along with standard treatments like cold therapy and stretching, over 4 weeks. The main goal is to see which approach better reduces symptoms and improves daily life.
