Pilates plus: new combo targets stubborn back pain

Summary
This study compares two non-drug treatments for chronic low back pain: Pilates exercises alone versus Pilates plus a hands-on technique called myofascial release. About 30 adults aged 18-45 with pain lasting at least 3 months will participate for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, daily function, and muscle flexibility.
