Can a Hands-On massage technique fix 'Text Neck' for students?
NCT ID NCT07444112
Summary
This study is testing whether a hands-on massage technique called myofascial release can help university students who have neck pain, poor posture, and stress from using phones and devices for many hours a day. For four weeks, one group will receive this therapy while another gets standard stretching and posture advice. Researchers will measure changes in pain, posture, and stress levels to see which approach works better.
