Summary
This study tests if a hands-on muscle release technique can reduce neck pain, improve posture, and lower stress in university students who spend 3+ hours daily on phones or tablets. 62 participants will receive either the therapy or no treatment for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, head posture, and stress levels before and after.
