Summary
This study looked at two physical therapy methods for people with chronic neck pain lasting at least 3 months. 44 adults received either myofascial release alone or combined with a muscle energy technique. Researchers measured pain levels, neck disability, and range of motion over 6 weeks to see which approach worked better.
