Needle vs. exercise: the search for lasting relief from muscle pain
NCT ID NCT07490366
Summary
This study aims to find which treatment works best for long-lasting relief from chronic muscle pain in the shoulder and neck area. It will compare three approaches: standard stretching exercises, exercises plus a special 'dry needling' technique, and exercises plus a pain-blocking injection. Researchers will measure how each method affects participants' pain levels, neck movement, and daily life over several months.
