First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study compares three treatments for chronic pain in the upper back muscle (trapezius): exercise, dry needling, and a newer injection technique called interfascial block. Researchers will measure pain, neck movement, disability, and quality of life in 78 adults aged 18-55 who have had pain for at least 3 months. The goal is to find which approach works best in the short and long term.
