Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and best dose of a new three-drug combination for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to other treatments. The treatment combines two drugs that help the immune system attack cancer cells with a steroid. The goal is to see if this combination can control the disease in patients who have already tried and failed other advanced therapies.
