Summary

This study is testing a new drug called BMS-986158 for people with intermediate or high-risk myelofibrosis, a serious blood cancer. Researchers want to see if the drug is safe and works better when given alone or combined with two other approved myelofibrosis medications. The trial will measure side effects and whether the treatment reduces spleen size and improves symptoms.
