National registry tracks pregnancy risks of transplant drugs

Summary

This study is collecting information about what happens when pregnant women take mycophenolate medications, which are used for organ transplants and autoimmune diseases. Researchers will follow 500 pregnant women in the U.S. who are exposed to these drugs to track pregnancy complications and birth defects in their babies up to one year old. The goal is to better understand the safety risks so doctors and patients can make more informed decisions.
