Can a new school module teach kids better brushing habits?
NCT ID NCT07125560
Summary
This study tested whether a new educational module called MyBRUSH could improve children's knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors about toothpaste use and toothbrushing, and reduce dental plaque. Researchers compared the MyBRUSH module against an existing program with 176 twelve-year-old students in Sabah, Malaysia. The goal was to see if the new teaching method led to better oral health outcomes.
