Patients successfully Self-Inject Muscle-Weakness medication at home

NCT ID NCT06471361

Summary

This study tested whether people with generalized myasthenia gravis (a condition causing muscle weakness) could safely and effectively give themselves their medication using a new auto-injector device at home. Thirty-one adults who were already taking the medication zilucoplan participated. Researchers measured how well participants could use the device to deliver the full dose and monitored for any side effects.
