Summary
This study tested if adding the anti-nausea drug ondansetron could reduce stomach-related side effects like nausea and diarrhea caused by pyridostigmine, a standard medication for myasthenia gravis. It involved adults with the disease who either were experiencing these side effects or had stopped the drug because of them. The trial was terminated early after enrolling only two participants.
