Early test of shot to stop deadly peanut reactions

Summary
This is an early safety study for a new injection called MY006, designed to prevent severe allergic reactions from accidental peanut exposure. The study will first test the injection in healthy adults, then in teens and adults with confirmed peanut allergies. Participants will receive either the real injection or a placebo, and those with allergies will later undergo a controlled peanut challenge to see if the treatment reduces their reaction.
