Summary

This study tests a website called 'My Voice' that helps kidney dialysis patients learn about their illness, decide what care they want in the future, and talk to their doctors and family. About 100 adults on dialysis will use the website or get usual care. The goal is to see if the website improves the quality of these important conversations.
